To cancel membership, come in and complete the appropriate paperwork or send an email stating that you wish to cancel using the form above or email IWHC@ironworkshealthclub.com   **Cancellation Policy is posted under the COST Tab, and is documented in the Contract you were given at Signup.**

 

A 30 day notice is required.  If you have not completed your contract you will be charged $65, unless you have proof that you are moving more than 30 miles way.  

 

Do not assume that we have received your request, you will receive a call/email with conformation, if you do not receive a call/email with conformation details before your next dues date you are responsible to call Gary at 936/291-2128

Notice to Members: Since all Gyms have been mandated to close by Gov. Abbott, many members have told us to NOT stop their monthly billing, which we appreciate as we are trying to keep our employees from unemployment and to ensure that we can reopen with little impact. WE WILL CONTINUE MONTHLY SCHEDULED BILLING UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US THAT YOU WISH TO FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT, WHICH WE WILL GLADLY DO, AS EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT US, YOU WILL BE BILLED ON YOUR NORMAL DUE DATE. (Please email iwhc@ironworkshealthclub.com or click Contact Us below to make your request.)

 

All members are welcome to contact us about any billing concerns and we will get back in touch with you asap.

Please note that we have opened up an IWHC Virtual Video Group on Facebook for all Active Members to ensure that we are delivering you Live Workouts that can be utilized at your convenience, please go to that group and ask to be invited.
