Group Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes that can all be customized to fit your fitness level, and to top it off, they are included with your membership! We have over 60 classes a week to choose from.

eXtreme Workout (1 hour)
Schedule: M-F @ 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm; TTh @ 5:30 am; Saturdays @ 9am
Foundations: Saturdays @ 8:15 am, working on movements used during eXtreme Classes
Want functional movements performed at high intensity? Then this is your class. Challenge yourself everyday with a new workout filled with different movements and hurdles to overcome. The class is based around everyday functional movements, giving you real world strength and endurance.
Zumba (45 minutes)
Schedule: TTh @ 8:30 am, MTTh @ 5:30 pm
A popular fitness program inspire by Latin dance. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zmba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to lean. A great cardio workout for all ages!
Videos are also available online for At-Home use. Videos are updated weekly on Wednesdays.
Spin and MOi Cycle (1 hour)
Spin Schedule: T-F @ 5:30 am, MWF @ 8:30 am
MOi Schedule: TTh @ 5:30 pm
Get your heart pumping with these group cycling classes where participants can modify the bike’s resistance to meet their own personal workout/training needs. Bring your energy, a towel and prepare to have fun!
Yoga (1 hour)
Schedule: TThF @ 9:30 am (T-Restorative, Th - Asana Flow, F - Hatha), TTh @ 6:30 pm (Asana Flow)
One of our most popular classes here at Iron Works, Yoga is more than stretching and breathing. Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both Strength and Flexibility! Come join Dolores, Liz and Susan in our morning and evening Yoga Classes!
Bootcamp (30 minutes)
Schedule: M-F @ 12 pm
This popular interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructor may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!
Circuit (45 minutes)
Schedule: MWF @ 8:30am
This circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming out to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!
Butts & Gutts (45 minutes)
Schedule: M @ 6:30 pm, W @ 5:30 pm
This class focuses on the lower extremities and core. The routine features interval training with upbeat music and great company. The moves target the commonly referred to "trouble areas". Come join us for an awesome workout, while get your body in great shape.
HIIT (45 minutes)
Schedule: TTh @ 6:30 pm
Efficient fat blasting workout that gets your heart rate going! This class includes circuits working all body parts.
