We offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes that can all be customized to fit your fitness level, and to top it off, they are included with your membership! We have over 60 classes a week to choose from.

eXtreme Workout (1 hour)
Class Schedule: M-F @ 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm; TTh @ 5:30 am; Saturdays @ 9am
Instructors: Garrett, Zach, Bryan, Morgan, Jack, Jonah, Emily and Becky
Want functional movements performed at high intensity? Then this is your class. Challenge yourself everyday with a new workout filled with different movements and hurdles to overcome. The class is based around everyday functional movements, giving you real world strength and endurance.

Zumba (50 minutes)
Class Schedule: MTTh @ 5:30 pm and MTh @ 8:00 am
Instructors: Melissa, Heather, Anna and Gail
A popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn. A great cardio workout for all ages!

Spin (1 hour)
Class Schedule: T-F @ 5:30 am, MWF @ 8:30 am, TTh @ 5:30 pm
Instructors: Bryan, Jennifer, Michael and Carmin
Get your heart pumping with these group cycling classes where participants can modify the bike’s resistance to meet their own personal workout/training needs. Bring your energy, a towel and prepare to have fun!

Yoga (1 hour)
Class Schedule: TThF @ 9:30 am, TTh @ 6:30 pm, & F @ 11 am (Chair Yoga)

One of our most popular classes here at Iron Works, Yoga is more than stretching and breathing. Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both Strength and Flexibility!

Bootcamp (30 minutes)
Class Schedule: M-F @ 12 pm
Instructor: Lindsey
This popular interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructor may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!

Circuit (45 minutes)
Class Schedule: MWF @ 8:30am
Instructors: Jack and Lindsey
This circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming out to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!

Water Aerobics (45 minutes)
Class Schedule: M-F @ 10 am, TTh @ 7 pm (Seasonal)

Classes Start: May 28, 2024
Jump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes. Appropriate swim attire is required for use of the Pool. Participants may bring and use their own water shoes and gloves.
(For morning classes, please do not enter the pool until 9:50am and Exit the Pool no later than 11:15am when necessary for swim lessons)

SilverSneakers: Active Strength and Stability (45 minutes)
Class Schedule: MW @ 9 am with Catie & 10am with Lindsey
Instructors: Lindsey and Catie
Have fun and move focusing on movements designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic resistance bands and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
