Alex has a certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), She teaches HITT and Full Body Blast Classes at IWHC. Alex is a student at Sam Houston State University studying Business Administration.
Gunnar grew up playing basketball and baseball. He played baseball collegiately. He holds a bachelor's in Kinesiology: Clinical Exercise Science. He is also a NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist; and Certified Physical Preparation Specialist. Gunnar enjoys training for strength and will compete in powerlifting meets in the future.
NCFS Certified Personal Trainer. Charles is a Veteran, serving the majority of his contract overseas in Germany. Charles is a student at SHSU majoring in in Criminal Justice and minoring in Kinesiology. He has a wide background in a variety of sports and participates in Rugby and Powerlifting for SHSU.
Certified ASFA Personal Trainer, Gym Manager, and ZUMBA Instructor. Double major in HR & Management from SHSU. Wife & mother of 5 energetic boys & a precious daughter.
