AARP  and Optum Fitness Advantage / Renew Active Insurance Programs

If you are under AARP/United Health Care and Optum Fitness Advantage/Renew Active Programs we honor their Programs, We are aware that our facility may not display on your letter, but you are covered! You will need to enroll by calling 1-800-523-5800 and obtain a Confirmation Number that starts with an "S" or an "A", bring that number into the gym and we can assist you!

SilverSneakers and Other Insurance Programs

Let us assist you to see if your insurance covers your membership.  Bring in your Insurance Card and Fitness ID. We can help you in determining what coverage you have.

 

This program may be FREE for you, we can assist you to determine your coverage.

When you come into the gym, the only thing we ask is that you ALWAYS check in, that's the only way the insurance pays us.  Your assistance in checking in will allow us to continue the program.

Pool Rules:

THE POOL IS OPEN when the gym is open!  If you are NOT a Member a Day Pass is required to utilize the pool.  If you are a Member and are bringing a Guest, a Day Pass can be obtained at the front desk for guests.  The Age Chart will be enforced, we always suggest that No One ever swim alone!  There is NO Lifeguard on Duty, you will be swimming at your own risk.

There is an Entry Ramp with handrails to assist you when entering/exiting the pool.

​

Please understand that the pool WILL BE utilized for Water Aerobics Classes.  ONE Lap Lane will be open for use during class time.

​

Our Pool is NOT for Play, it is to be utilized for Lap Swimming/Walking and Fitness Activities ONLY!  NO Floats, pool toys, water guns, etc. are allowed in the pool and/or pool area!

​

We do supply you with a few floatation devices for your use when using the pool for exercise.

​

PLEASE bring a towel and dry off before entering the building to prevent slipping/falling!

​

Babies MUST wear a Swim Diaper when in the Pool.  Please ensure that your children use the restroom prior to entering the pool!

 

NO SMOKING AND NO ALCOHOL ARE PERMITTED ON OUR PROPERTY, WHICH INCLUDES THE POOL!

*We suggest Triathlon Swim Gear in the winter even though the Pool is Heated in order to maintain your body heat.  The Pool is set and maintained at 70 degrees.
